Payments
We only accept payments through PayPal. Credit and Debit card payments can be made through PayPal, but you need to open a free PayPal account in order to make a payment.
There will be currency conversion charges applied to payments made in Euros from non Euro accounts and vice versa. This conversion is applied by the account/card issuer. We are not responsible and do not dictate the currency conversions rates.
We reserve the right to cancel orders we feel to be suspicious and/or fraudulent.
Security
Payments submitted via PayPal are processed using Secure Socket Layer Protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with sim-unlocker.com. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction.

Please note that Internet host IP addresses are recorded for security reasons when placing an online order.
Delivery
After successful payment completed you will receive the download link for the unlock software and unlock key for your phone's IMEI.
Privacy Statement
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. sim-unlocker.com will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers to any third parties. This site uses Google conversion tracking technology.
We may use the addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about new products, services or offers we think you'll find valuable.
Refund Policy
All unlocking software is provided with implicit and full instructions on how to input into the phone. Our instructions are clear and concise and must be followed carefully. We do not provide refunds to those customers who clearly do not follow the instructions provided. Every phone will have a limited number of tries for entering unlock codes, we will not refund your payment if you have already exceeded the number of tries.
In most cases we do not offer refunds for unlocking software, but we review each incident individually and we will use our discretion to ensure any disputes are resolved amicably.
By purchasing software on sim-unlocker.com website you agree that you have accepted and understand the software's capabilities and capacity to carry out the specific operation for which it is intended. Further, no refunds can be offered or given to customers after the purchase of software in a case where the customer decides that the software cannot fulfil their expectations. A refund may be considered if the software fails to function in part or completely. However the customer may be required to provide evidence showing the software failing to function before a refund will be considered.
This policy does not affect your normal and existing legal rights. We do not accept liability beyond the remedies provided for in this limited warranty or for consequential or incidental damages, including, without limitation, any liability for third-party claims against you for damages, for products not being available for use, or for lost data or lost software. Our liability will be no more than the amount you paid for the product that is the subject of a claim. This is the maximum amount for which we are responsible.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, and the ease of which downloadable software can be reproduced, we have to take necessary precautions against attempted fraud.
Unlock service issued by sim-unlocker.com for phones that turn out to be barred or blacklisted, are not eligible for refunds. A barred phone refers to a stolen mobile phone or a mobile phone that was reported lost by the owner.
